Mimi Dreamy

I have lots of nicknames for the girls but today when I called Mimi; Mimi "Dreamy", Mimi laughed out loud. She said, "Mimi Dreamy is cute Momma!" I think she noticed that it rhymed and we both laughed together and began singing dreamy Mimi together.

Maggie doesn't do anything without asking first. Mimi does everything she can without me knowing. This is where I found her after nursing Ruby... alone, at their table, with a snack..chips (wouldn't have been my choice but probably what she could reach), and very content.

Last two weeks

B has been in New Orleans for almost two weeks so we are finding lots of fun things to do to pass the time. We have been at the farm a lot...almost 4 days for me and Ru and almost a full week for the girls. There are so many things to do at the farm like swim in Mammy and Pop's beautiful pool, play in the playhouse, feed the pigs (they are little and cute right now) Mimi is "sceared" of them, picking blackberries, gardening..and I don't mean landscaping..I mean full on tomatoes, corn, lettuce, onions; you name it they grow it and of course Mammy has just as many fun toys as we have here..if not more. So we stayed busy. We visited with Teresa one afternoon. That was such a pleasure to talk with her and always nice to talk about Shane memories. We came home yesterday and are back into the swing of things. Girls are napping right now, a trip to the Jump Zone wore them OUT! I had fun jumping around with them, sliding down the big slides and talking with the other mommies.. so much nicer to go now that the "Big" kids are in school.
